Comcast is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead a team building features for Project Iris, Comcast’s GIS‑based CAD platform for broadband network design. Iris sits in AeGIS within the CONNECT organization and supports planning millions of miles of coax and fiber with automation to reduce design time.

Competenze

• Experience as a lead engineer or technical leader developing enterprise-class, highly available, and scalable applications.
• Strong hands on experience with more than one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, C#, Java).
• Strong experience with multiple database technologies (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, SQL Server).
• Solid understanding of software design principles, programming concepts, integration patterns, and distributed systems.
• Experience with infrastructure and tooling to build, test, deploy and run software (GitHub, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Demonstrated ability to organize time, thoughts, priorities, and communication for steady progress.
• Excellent communication skills with clarity and useful context.
