The Senior GIS Technical Lead & Technical Program Manager is the organization’s SME for geospatial systems, fiber network design data, and technical program manager across all platforms of the GIS IQGeo network infrastructure system and Address Management System (AMS). This role owns the overall AMS and IQGeo ecosystems, ensures system readiness, resolves complex engineering & logic issues, and project manages the engineering, construction, planning and operations teams to execute efficiently. This is a senior technical authority responsible for raising the quality bar, setting standards for vendors, mentoring peers, and serving as the escalated problem solver across Eng, Construction, Finance and Operations.
