Job summary

CAE USA Inc. seeks an experienced Engineering Leader to oversee integrated product teams across multiple flight simulation programs. You will guide technical execution, manage CAM reviews, and coordinate cross-functional activities with customers and vendors.

The role requires leadership, a strong engineering background, and experience with DoD programs. Key responsibilities include directing IPT teams, ensuring cost and schedule performance, and reporting to the Directorate Chief Engineer. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Software, Systems, Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science.
• 8+ years of USG/DoD development program experience.
• 3+ years of Engineering Lead experience in USG/DoD development programs.
• 3+ years of experience with IBM/Rational or Atlassian development and collaboration tools, DOORS, Earned Value Management (EVM), and Microsoft Project.
• Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technical program execution over Integrated product teams for planning, organizing, controlling, integration, execution and close out of engineering content.
• Perform Cost Account Management (CAM) reviews with IPTs and oversee technical, cost and schedule performance.
• Act as technical lead over the assigned engineering team, coordinating activity among program IPTs and participating in gate reviews.
• Communicate with customers and vendors as needed.
• Report to a Directorate Chief Engineer and implement strategic goals set by leadership.
• Seek continuous process improvements to enhance program performance.
