Responsibilities

• Manage employees performing engineering and technical activities in Software Engineering.
• Develop and execute integrated departmental plans and strategies.
• Acquire resources and lead supplier management and process improvements.
• Build relationships with customers, stakeholders and team members.
• Provide guidance and approval of technical approaches and processes.
• Mentor, develop, and motivate engineering staff.
