Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of technology leadership experience, including leading globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team dedicated to analyzing workflows, identifying automation opportunities, and designing AI-first solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of automation initiatives with onsite and offshore engineers and cross-functional partners.
• Drive development of AI-powered tools through prototyping, enhancements, and ongoing platform improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and business partners to deliver scalable solutions while adhering to engineering guidelines.
• Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing engineering team focused on quality and accountability.
• Reimagine content creation workflows using modern platforms, automation, and generative AI.
• Engage in POM Discovery activities with customers to derive solutions meeting user, company, and tech goals.
• Track quality and efficiency with instrumented SDLC tools and report progress to executives.
• Balance technical debt with new features within each sprint and manage backlogs and budgets.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies to continuously innovate product roadmaps.

Education
