Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; and equivalent combination of education and recent, relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of technology leadership experience, including developing technology strategies and leading globally distributed teams.
• Solid understanding of AI concepts, GenAI toolkits, and modern AI/ML technologies.
• Strong experience with agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tooling such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team dedicated to automation and AI-first solutions across content workflows.
• Partner with product managers and business partners to deliver scalable, innovative AI-powered tools.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of automation initiatives with onsite and offshore engineering teams.
• Balance technical debt with new features within sprints and ensure adherence to engineering guidelines.
