Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of technology leadership experience.
• Solid understanding of AI concepts and GenAI technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms and API design.
• Strong agile delivery with Jira or Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Partner with content teams to analyze workflows and design AI-first automation solutions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of automation initiatives with global engineering teams.
• Drive development of AI-powered tools through prototyping and improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.
• Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team.
• Reimagine content workflows using modern platforms and generative AI.
• Engage in POM Discovery activities to derive end-user focused solutions.
• Track quality and efficiency with SDLC tools and report to executives.
• Balance technical debt with new feature development in sprints.
• Manage product backlogs, estimates, and budgets with partners.
