Job summary

Teradyne is seeking a Software Engineering manager to lead the internal core software development team, partnering with other product development functions to enable the team to develop software to achieve business goals.

You will manage an agile team across multiple geographic locations, provide architectural guidance, review processes, and mentor engineers to deliver high-quality software for ATE systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct management, project and technical leadership experience.
• 10+ years in software sustaining or development, with cross-functional influence.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry and automated test equipment is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of risk management, FMEA, and production concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural and technical guidance for core software development.
• Lead an agile team in designing, implementing, and testing software features for releases.
• Proactively manage risks and drive process improvements including CI objectives.
