Job summary

Teradyne is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead the HSSub product line within the Defense & Aerospace division. The role focuses on coaching, staffing, and delivering high-quality software for instrument drivers and software tools, overseeing 8–10 engineers.

You will guide development processes, drive integration across teams, and stay abreast of industry innovations. Onsite work at North Reading, MA is required several days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science required.
• 3+ years of software development experience in hardware/software environments.
• Experience leading software teams and mentoring engineers.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tooling and modern development platforms.
