Job summary

Teradyne, a global test and automation specialist, seeks a Senior Systems Quality Engineer to validate end-to-end system functionality across software and hardware in semiconductor test environments.

You will lead test strategies, develop automated solutions, and mentor engineers while coordinating with software, systems, and hardware teams to drive quality improvements throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• System-level, integration, and end-to-end testing of complex software and hardware systems.
• Experience leading testing efforts and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Experience implementing automated testing within CI/CD environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead system-level test strategies, plans, and validation activities for hardware and software solutions.
• Design, develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated tests for end-to-end system workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across software, hardware, networking, and integrated components.
• Improve quality engineering processes, frameworks, and validation practices to boost efficiency and coverage.
• Develop test automation solutions and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Development, Systems Engineering, Hardware Engineering, and QE teams.
• Analyze test results and quality metrics to identify risks and provide actionable recommendations.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in validation and automation.
• Provide technical leadership across validation initiatives and coordinate test execution.
