Qualifications
- Requires STEM degree and 7–10+ years in software leadership.
- Experience managing software in certification environments with cost, schedule, execution.
- Background in Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Hands-on leadership mentoring engineering teams and staffing.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing software team.
- Drive architecture, design, and delivery of safety-critical software.
- Own program execution within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Champion engineering excellence with best practices in development, verification, and certification.
- Partner with program leadership and customers to align technical solutions with objectives.
- Lead technical strategy and support bid efforts, including scope estimation.
