Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years prior relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
• Active U.S. security clearance preferred or required to access DoD programs.
• BS or MS in CS, CE, EE, or equivalent degree.
• Strong leadership experience in software engineering teams and bid/proposal activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a software team of ~15 engineers to meet contract requirements, cost, and schedule.
• Report to a Sr. Manager in Software organization.
• Manage Cost and Schedule performance for Programs, IRaDs, and Internal Orders.
