Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of related experience; or graduate degree with 10+ years.
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top-Secret clearance.
• Experience leading defense or aerospace programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate EW projects within Digital Design and Signal Processing.
• Staffing, forecasting, and hiring for the department.
• Provide career development, mentoring, and performance reviews.
• Lead technical direction across full development and test cycle.
• Collaborate with systems, electrical, software, and other teams.
