We are seeking an experienced and motivated Engineering Manager to lead the development of secure, cloud-native messaging solutions that enable trusted business communication at scale.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a skilled engineering team focused on building scalable, distributed systems.
• Architect and implement high-performance microservices and data pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across three continents.
• Ensure strong security, performance, and reliability in all technical solutions.
• Mentor engineers and drive Agile development practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of engineering experience with distributed systems (Java).
• Proficiency with Spring Boot, Docker, RESTful API development.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and system architecture.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, Redis).
• Comfortable working in Linux environments.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex projects.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder coordination.
• Fluent in English; Spanish speakers encouraged to apply.
