Formación

• 5+ years leading software engineering or application teams.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering r to lead application development teams responsible for building and delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with team management and will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and external partners to deliver technology solutions aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and engineering best practices.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
