Job summary

Top Prospect Group is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead and grow high-performing teams while modernizing practices and developer productivity. This role is full-time, direct hire, with remote or hybrid work in Westchester, NY (2 days on site).

You will mentor engineers, drive Agile transformation, CI/CD, automation, and AI-assisted development, and partner with Product to deliver customer-focused solutions while improving observability and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering leadership experience.
• Proven ability to scale Agile engineering organizations.
• Strong knowledge of modern software development, cloud, APIs, web and mobile tech.
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering, CI/CD, automation, and production systems.
• Strong people-management skills including coaching and performance management.
• Mobile or frontend engineering background strongly preferred.
