IGS Energy seeks a Software Engineer Lead to oversee and contribute to enterprise-scale software development. You will balance hands-on coding with leadership within a cross-functional team, delivering high-quality software through Agile practices and continuous improvement.

You will mentor developers, tackle requirements with analysts, and maintain a clean, low-technical debt codebase while driving timely production releases.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise software using Microsoft stack.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
• Hands-on development with SOLID principles and TDD/BDD/ATDD.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily operational, maintenance, and project work within the Application Development team.
• Lead, motivate, and engage team members to cultivate a culture of excellence.
• Write SOLID code using test-driven development methodologies.
• Design, code, configure, unit test, and deploy applications per specs.
• Execute development tasks in line with project timelines.
• Mentor and conduct code reviews for less senior developers.
