Job summary

The SSI Group is seeking a Software Engineer I to contribute to the full software development lifecycle for scalable SaaS solutions. You will work with engineers, product owners, and management in a fast-paced, agile environment focusing on hands-on development, performance tuning, testing, and production support.

Responsibilities include design, development, code reviews, release support, and ensuring security, privacy, and compliance in all work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Experience with designing scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and security basics.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deliver new features and software applications.
• Create and maintain architectural and technical documentation.
• Analyze and tune application performance and address scalability risks.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
• Support release management and production issue resolution.
• Write unit tests and contribute to automated testing strategies.
• Implement logging and error-handling patterns and monitoring dashboards.
