Cox Automotive in the USA is seeking Software Development Interns to join our team and learn from the best. You will develop and manage enterprise platforms, deployment pipelines, security and quality monitoring, and build tools to automate tasks across clouds.

Ideal candidates are currently pursuing a BA/BS in computer science or related field, with a passion for technology, experience with Windows/Linux, containers and AWS, and Agile practices, and a desire to deliver secure, scalable

Qualifications

Pursuing BA/BS in CS or related field with software development basics.
Passion for technology, problem solving, and code.
Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration.
Experience with Windows/Linux, containers and databases.
Familiar with source control, build/deploy and orchestration tools.
Proficient in at least one high-level language.
Knowledge of public clouds, preferably AWS.
Familiar with Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
Interest in building secure, scalable applications.
Interest in data-driven performance measurement.
Awareness of AI tools for testing and automation.

Responsibilities

Develop automation for infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
Document new development, procedures or test plans.
Support security and engineering standards.
Build tools and pipelines for CI/CD across all environments.
Automate code packaging, deployment and configuration management.
Solicit feedback to optimize throughput and quality.
Monitor system and service performance across environments.
Leverage AI tools to assist in productivity and testing.
