U.S. Bank is seeking an accomplished Software Engineering Director to be the Head of Corporate Digital Technology and lead the strategy, execution, and modernization of digital platforms supporting Wealth, Corporate, Commercial, and Institutional Banking (WCIB).

You will oversee engineering teams, partner with executives, drive modern engineering practices, and ensure security and regulatory compliance while guiding budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments to maximize business

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
10+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
Six or more years of experience leading multiple software engineering teams.
Executive leadership experience in large-scale software engineering organizations.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop high-performing software engineering teams delivering enterprise digital solutions across WCIB platforms.
Define and execute long-term technology strategy, roadmap, and modernization initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Oversee design, development, deployment, and support of scalable, secure digital applications.
Partner with executive leadership, product teams, and business stakeholders to prioritize investments and technology initiatives.
Drive adoption of Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, cloud-native development, and automation.
