RTX is offering a software/engineering internship in Aguadilla, PR. The program is a hybrid co-op with onsite duties and remote days, providing mentorship from July to December. You will assist in engineering processes, develop diagnostic tests, and learn hardware and software standards.
Applicants must be U.S. citizens and reside in Puerto Rico at the start of employment, pursuing a bachelor's or higher in software/computer engineering or computer sciences, with strong English communication

Immersed yourself in a Monday-Friday Co-Op session, that will run from July to December (it is expected students will take this time off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity). This position will sit at our Aguadilla, PR location. Relocation is not offered.

This position is classified: Hybrid. Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. This means that responsibilities of the job need to be performed onsite in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico on a regular basis with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager.
