You will analyze existing architectures, create design artifacts, and collaborate with business and technical teams to drive improvements and ensure security and scalability across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with programming and query languages such as SQL, Python, Java, or C#, plus database management.
• Typically 0–2 years of relevant experience in software development, project coordination, or agile environment; senior analyst roles may require 3 to 5+ years of technical or software development background.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document clear project goals and technical specifications by meeting with business leaders and users
• Analyze existing software architectures to identify performance issues, security gaps, and optimization opportunities
• Create detailed functional designs, user stories, and Software Requirement Specification (SRS) documents
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to technical standards
• Coordinate defect tracking with quality assurance teams
• Serve as a cross‑functional liaison between business and technical teams
