Qualifications

• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and verbal or written communication skills.
• Typically 0–2 years of relevant experience in software development, project coordination, or agile environment; senior analyst roles may require 3 to 5+ years of technical or software development background.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document clear project goals and technical specifications by meeting with business leaders and users.
• Analyze existing software architectures to identify performance issues, security gaps, and optimization opportunities.
• Create detailed functional designs, user stories, and Software Requirement Specification (SRS) documents.
• Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical teams and communicate business needs clearly to developers.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to technical standards.
• Coordinate defect tracking with quality assurance teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Serve as a cross-functional liaison between business and technical teams.
