Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent required.
• 6+ years of relevant industry experience, with 2+ years in a similar lead role in software engineering.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages and development methodologies.
• Moderate programming and debugging skills.
• Moderate to strong experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a leadership role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support a team of software engineers with guidance, code reviews, and technical support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure successful delivery of software projects.
• Mentor team members through regular feedback, coaching, and career development planning.
• Contribute to the execution of the software engineering strategy by participating in strategic discussions and technology assessments.
• Manage project tasks and assignments, prioritizing and planning work to meet project goals.
• Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets to ensure efficient project execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues as they arise.
• Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
