Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (NGDS) seeks a Software Engineer / Principal Software Engineer in Hollywood, MD to work on state-of-the-art Mission Planning systems. Role involves full software lifecycle in an Agile Scrum framework across requirements, estimation, implementation, testing, and customer support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM is required or 0 years with a Master’s degree.
• DoD Secret clearance (recent) or ability to obtain Top-Secret clearance and SAP clearances.
• Experience with Agile, CI/CD practices and tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, document, test and debug applications and systems.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for fast, bug-free delivery.
• Set up development, test, and build environments; create Windows installers.
• Support software builds and installations; work in a cross-functional Scrum.
