Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions is seeking a mid-level Software Developer to support, enhance, and maintain intelligent document processing, workflow and imaging solutions with a focus on Tungsten TotalAgility (TTA). You will work on document capture, classification, extraction, and AI-enabled processing within enterprise automation.

The role requires hands-on TTA and .NET/C# development, with familiarity in AWS services and IDP concepts.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Tungsten TotalAgility (TTA) workflows.
Experience with document capture, OCR, classification, extraction, and validation workflows.
Basic to intermediate development with .NET / C#.
Familiarity with AWS services.

Responsibilities

Support and enhance Kofax Capture and TTA for capture, classification, extraction, and workflow automation.
Design/maintain TTA workflows, rules, queues, forms, and process automation.
Troubleshoot document ingestion, OCR/extraction, validation, and performance issues.
Integrate TTA with downstream systems, databases, APIs, and cloud services.
Develop customizations using .NET / C#.
Support Kofax Capture solutions that feed into TTA.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve processes.
Participate in testing, deployment, and production support.
Create/maintain technical docs for TTA configurations and integrations.
