BCT LLC is seeking a Software Engineer (Level 0) with TS/SCI w/Poly for the Annapolis Junction, MD area. This role supports complex software systems and may include telework.

The ideal candidate will design, develop, test, and maintain software across Unix environments, applying C/C++, Python, and shell scripting skills, with emphasis on high‑assurance security requirements.

Candidate must have active clearance and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI w/Poly clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, tests, deploys, documents, maintains, and enhances complex software systems.
• Reviews and tests software components for adherence to design requirements.
• Resolves software problems and writes test scripts.
• Utilizes Unix and shell scripting; contributes to CM tools and Web Services implementations.
• Creates benchmarks for high‑performance computers and produces data visualizations.
