Job summary

Leidos in Virginia is seeking a Software Engineer to join an agile team building a large enterprise system. You will contribute to the full SDLC, from user story analysis to deployment, applying BDD, automation, and test tooling across server-side and UI components.

Required are strong Java skills plus familiarity with frameworks and languages like JavaScript, Python, and SQL. A TS/SCI polygraph is noted in the posting; experience with cryptography and secure coding is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience, or Masters with less than 2 years.
• Experience with Java and multiple Java frameworks (Spring, JEE, Jackson, Jersey).
• Experience with JavaScript, Python, C/C++, SQL and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and PI planning to analyze complex requirements.
• Develop, test, and deploy robust software in a large enterprise system using SDLC and BDD.
• Engineer and document automation scripts and support DevOpsautomation in test and prod benches.
