Job description

Develop and maintain Go backend services that provide scalable authorization and service-to-service communication across Splunk’s platform. Resolve production issues, improve performance and reliability, modernize established C++ services and distributed infrastructure, and collaborate on design, code reviews, and operational support.

Requirements:

Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of relevant experience, a master’s degree and at least three years of relevant experience, or a related PhD or equivalent experience. Candidates must have professional experience building and maintaining Go backend services, experience supporting complex production applications, and a current U.S. Government TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph; the role also requires U.S. Person status and work on U.S. soil.
