Argo Cyber Systems is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support a government customer on a mission-critical program. The role focuses on designing, coding, and deploying ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and platform services.

The candidate will work with cross-functional teams to integrate legacy systems, develop new applications, and ensure high availability. A Top-Secret clearance is required, with potential for TS/SCI and DHS suitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years with ServiceNow development; 10+ years overall software dev.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in technical design for architecture and code quality.
• Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy ServiceNow business rules and solutions.
• Develop custom integration components to connect legacy systems with ServiceNow.
• Document and maintain policies, procedures, and controls for platform operations and SDLC.
• Assist ServiceNow Administrators with incident resolution.
• Design and develop new ServiceNow applications and services.
• Assist in estimating release level of effort.

Argo Cyber Systems is supporting a U.S. Government customer on a large mission-critical development and sustainment program to design, build, deliver, and operate a network operations environment, including introducing new cyber capabilities to address emerging threats. Argo Cyber Systems is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support customer environment operations.

This position requires Top-Secret Security Clearance!

Responsibilities

• Assist in technical design for architecture, ensuring overall code quality for a highly available environment.
• Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy business rules and technical solutions.
• Develop custom integration components to integrate legacy systems with the platform.
• Document, maintain, and update policies, procedures, and controls for the platform operation and software development life cycle.
• Assist ServiceNow System Administrators with incident resolution.
• Design and develop new ServiceNow applications and services.
• Assist ServiceNow Business Analyst in estimating the release level of effort.

• Experience with LDAP Integration, ServiceNow Development APIs, and diagnosing performance-related issues.

Required Education

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline. Master’s degree may substitute for two (2) years of experience; PhD may substitute for four (4) years.
