Job summary

Chainguard is seeking a backend-focused engineer to help build and operate customer-facing registries, APIs, and artifact-serving systems that make Chainguard software easy to consume securely and reliably.

You will develop and run backend services in Go, improve scalability and performance, and collaborate with engineers and product partners to deliver a cohesive repository experience in a remote-first team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building software with backend or infrastructure focus.
• Experience with Go or strong programming in another language with ability to learn Go quickly.
• Strong engineering fundamentals, collaboration, and systems thinking.
