Job summary

Chainguard is seeking a customer operations engineer to triage, investigate, and resolve complex issues for Chainguard Images. You will escalate to Engineering when needed and communicate proactively to keep customers informed and SLAs met.

• 5+ years supporting enterprise customers and 3+ years with Linux, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong communication skills with experience using CI/CD, GitHub, Helm, Terraform; experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Curious, startup-minded problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
