Mobbin Pte. Ltd. is hiring a software engineer to work on the core Mobbin platform and internal tools. You will build high-impact features across the stack, with a frontend heavy focus, while also writing maintainable backend logic to scale to millions of users.

Our small but capable Engineering team emphasizes stable technologies, cutting-edge choices, and strong developer experience. You will collaborate with designers and other domains to iteratively refine features and ensure quality code.

Qualifications

• Must write clean, reliable, well-documented code with minimal supervision.
• Documentation, communication and measuring feature success are part of shipping.
• Strong CS fundamentals and ability to implement efficient algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Build features across the stack with a frontend focus.
• Write tests and documentation with minimal supervision.
• Articulate technical decisions and trade-offs to peers for buy-in.
• Collaborate with designers and other teams to refine features iteratively.
• Translate high-level requirements into concrete engineering tasks.
• Improve codebase and infrastructure for better developer experience and performance.
• Mentor teammates and promote healthy engineering practices.
