Veeco Instruments Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and integrate software for semiconductor fabrication and metrology equipment, focusing on Veeco’s MOCVD tools.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field and 3–5+ years of experience with C#, .NET, COM, Windows OS, WCF, and WPF. The role involves ownership of product features, design reviews, and collaboration with vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related technical discipline with relevant experience.
• Strong object-oriented programming skills and knowledge of Windows-based software.
• Experience with C#, .NET stack, COM and UI frameworks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop reliable, scalable software for fabrication and metrology equipment.
• Own product features and contribute to knowledge base for Veeco tools.
• Engage in design reviews, code reviews, and end-to-end software releases.
• Collaborate with vendors and integrate 3rd party applications.
