Job summary

TRACTIAN is seeking a Software Engineer to help build and enhance our integrated maintenance software. You will develop features, APIs, and robust systems across our applications, delivering user-friendly and reliable solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of development experience with at least 2 years in React and Node.
Experience building applications that manage complex workflows, such as ERPs.
Hands-on TypeScript with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Strong RESTful API design and test-driven development (TDD).

Own Application Quality: Build and maintain high-quality features, holding a high bar for craftsmanship and reliability.
Drive System Improvements: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and take ownership of initiatives that improve application performance.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Track emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices, and bring the best of them into our stack.
Ensure Reliability: Own the security, stability, and scalability of the services you build, holding them to a high standard.
