Job summary

TRACTIAN is seeking a Software Engineer to help build and enhance our integrated maintenance software. You will develop features, APIs, and robust systems across our applications, delivering user-friendly and reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of development experience with at least 2 years in React and Node.
• Experience building applications that manage complex workflows, such as ERPs.
• Hands-on TypeScript with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong RESTful API design and test-driven development (TDD).

What you'll do

As a Software Engineer, your role will focus on the development and enhancement of key features across our applications and systems. You will be responsible for building and refining solutions that are both user-centric and technologically sound, contributing significantly to our product's overall functionality and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of development experience, with at least 2 years focused on React and Node.
• Proven experience building applications that manage complex workflows, such as ERPs.
• Deep experience implementing and maintaining state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, Jotai).
• Strong command of server-side logic, RESTful API design, and database schema design.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, with hands‑on experience across SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Solid grounding in test‑driven development (TDD).
