Job summary

TRACTIAN is seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer to build features for our web apps, focusing on React and Node. You will design and implement user‑centric, scalable solutions that power our CMMS and predictive maintenance ecosystem.

You will collaborate with a dynamic team to push performance, security, and innovation, exploring new frameworks and contributing to a global maintenance platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of development experience, with a minimum of 2 years dedicated to React and Node.
• Experience in developing applications managing complex workflows, such as ERPs.
• Experience in implementing and maintaining state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, Jotai).
• Knowledge of server-side logic, RESTful API design, and database schema design.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD).

What You’ll Do
