Job summary

Constellation Technologies in Fort Meade, MD is seeking a seasoned software engineer with modeling, machine learning, and analytics development experience. The role requires US citizenship, TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph, and strong development skills in Java and Python, Docker and Kubernetes, and Linux platforms.

You will work with customers and data scientists to gather requirements, prototype enterprise services, evaluate open source and COTS solutions, and support cloud-based data systems

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required and active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• 11 years of direct/relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Strong development experience in Java and Python.

Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph are required for the position.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph.
• Eleven (11) years of direct/relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Strong development experience in a variety of languages (ex., java, python).
• Will be supporting a lab environment providing support for customers developing and testing experiments.
• Develop capabilities designed to help solve common problems arising from various analyst offices.
• Prototype development to extend enterprise services, support analytics, enhance machine learning, and develop commercial cloud solutions.
• Support the integration and evaluation of open source, emerging technologies, and new COTS applications.
• Work directly with customers, developers, or data scientists to gather requirements and feedback.
• Experience integrating with customer's cloud-based data systems.
• Experience installing, configuring, developing, and integrating prototype applications for technical evaluation.
