Job summary

Constellation Technologies, Inc. seeks a highly skilled software engineer for a TS/SCI cleared role in Maryland. You will work across languages (Java, Python, C/C++, Assembly) and debugging within OS internals, requiring deep understanding of low‑level software, memory management, I/O and system APIs.

U.S. citizenship and active clearance with polygraph are mandatory, plus eleven years of direct experience and a BS in CS or related field.

Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph are required for the position.

Required:

• Must be a US Citizen
• Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph
• Must have eleven (11) years of direct/relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
• Strong development experience in a variety of languages (ex., java, python)
• Ability to read/understand C/C++, and Assembly (x86)
• Experience with software architecture, operating system design, compilers, and debugging
• Comfortable working with operating system internals, low-level software development, file I/O, system APIs, memory management, and executable program analysis

• Modeling experience
