Job summary

Constellation Technologies is seeking a highly experienced software professional for a federal contract position in Maryland. The role requires proficiency in Java, Python, C/C++, Assembly (x86), and debugging, with deep understanding of OS internals and low-level development.

Applicants must be a US citizen with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph, plus 11 years of direct experience and a BS in CS or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
• Strong development experience in a variety of languages (ex., java, python).
• Ability to read/understand C/C++, and Assembly (x86).
• Experience with software architecture, operating system design, compilers, and debugging.
• Comfortable working with operating system internals, low-level software development, file I/O, system APIs, memory management, and executable program analysis.

Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph are required for the position.

Required:

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph.

$150,000 - $245,000 a year

The pay range for this job, with multi-levels, is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
