Job summary

Pylon is building the agentic support platform for B2B teams, enabling humans and AI agents to investigate, resolve, and act on signals across channels. This role supports post-Sales teams to streamline operations with AI, requiring strong full-stack fundamentals and a hands-on, collaborative mindset.

You will join a high-autonomy team with experienced engineers, potentially relocating to San Francisco to contribute in person. Competitive base salary with stock options and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, engineering, or related field; eligible to start full-time in Summer 2027.
• Internship experience or side projects demonstrating product feature development and strong full-stack fundamentals.
• Growth mindset with openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
• In-person work in SF or willing to relocate; enthusiastic about joining a collaborative, in-person culture.
• Bonus: experience at high-growth startups and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Bonus: using AI for software development and juggling multiple workstreams.
• Bonus: experience with React, Golang, GraphQL, AWS in real-world projects.

Responsibilities

• Build features for post-Sales roles to improve customer operations using AI.
• Prototype, work independently, iterate quickly, and ship features fast.
• Own projects end-to-end with high autonomy and project management.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, and engineers in a non-waterfall, highly collaborative environment.
• Engage with senior engineers from teams at Samsara, Affinity, Airbnb, and Meta.
