HealthTech, a fast-scaling AI-enabled healthcare technology company, is seeking a software engineer to join a 30-person team. You will build applications, APIs, and data workflows for healthcare operations.

You’ll take features from problem to implementation, testing, and release, while improving performance, data quality, and production reliability. This fully remote role offers ownership and collaboration with product and engineering leadership, plus bonus and equity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Production experience with Ruby on Rails or Python and strong SQL/PostgreSQL.
• Strong fundamentals in API design, testing, debugging, and system performance.
• Fully remote with a growing 30-person engineering team.
• Ownership and collaboration with product and engineering leadership.

Compensation and leveling:

• Annual base salary range is $140,000–$200,000 USD plus bonus and equity.
• Mid-level: $140,000–$165,000; Experienced mid-level: $165,000–$190,000; Senior: $190,000–$200,000.
