Aurora in Seattle is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Mapping Infrastructure Team. You will design and scale the Atlas and Fleet Intelligence data pipelines, partnering across teams to ship robust backend services for map data.

You will implement testing, performance optimization, and production-ready code in C++ or Go, and collaborate with customers to influence future features. This role offers hybrid work in Seattle with competitive compensation and equity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of server-side and data processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems with scalable backend design.
• Production-grade, robust and testable code.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in C++ or Go.
