Job summary

Constellation Technologies is seeking a senior software professional with a UI/UX architecture frontend background and strong API experience. Proficiency in ReactJS, NodeJS, Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, Docker/Podman, AWS cloud, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and Gradle is required.

Due to federal contracts, US citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph are mandatory. Candidates should have at least seven years of direct experience, a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related

• Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
• Reviews and tests software components for adherence to design requirements and documents results.
• Resolves software problem reports and provides input to system design.

Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph are required for the position.

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph (last polygraph must be within the last five (05) years)
• At least seven (07) years of direct/relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline (i.e. Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc.) from an accredited college or university is required.
• Four (04) years of additional relevant experience on projects with similar processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Must be able to develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software systems (e.g., processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, manipulation of extremely large data sets, real-time systems, and business management information systems) based upon documented requirements.
• Work individually or as part of a team.
• Reviews and tests software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results.
• Resolves software problem reports.
• Utilizes software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the development environment.
• Provides specific input to the software components of system design to include hardware/software tradc-offs, software reuse, use of Commercial Off-the-shelf (COTS)/Government Off-the-shelf (GOTS) in place of new development, and requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software components.
