What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and orchestrate LLM-driven experiences that enhance customer satisfaction
- Write, test, and refine prompts for LLMs, ensuring legal accuracy and contextual relevance
- Collaborate with legal professionals and internal teams to gather and understand project requirements
- Integrate language models into multi-step systems and assess their performance
- Develop code that interacts with various data sources and services, including APIs and SQL databases

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 to 4 years of production-level experience in software engineering on an engineering or product team, preferably at a startup
- Legal domain expertise, including experience in legal practice or as a JD-holder in a non-traditional legal career path
- Proficiency in C# .NET and Python, or strong experience in other programming languages
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using large language models through code, such as services from OpenAI, Anthropic, or Cohere; and/or open-source models like Llama and Mistral
- Previous experience in a paralegal role or other legal industry positions
