As a Software Engineer Lead within PNC's technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL or Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.

Key responsibilities:
•\tDesign and implement scalable microservices using Spring boot with a strong focus on RESTful API development and integration.
•\tBuild dynamic front-end interfaces using the Angular Framework.
•\tLead data mapping and transformation efforts across services, ensuring consistency and accuracy between source and target systems.
•\tDevelop, publish, and consume secure APIs, supporting both synchronous and asynchronous integrations.
•\tCollaborate with system integrators and downstream teams to ensure API contracts are well defined and documented (e.g..Swagger/Open API)
•\tImplement event-driven architectures using Kafka, enabling real-time messaging and data streaming specially with Avro schema.
•\tIntegrate with Oracle databases, optimizing performance and managing complex queries and procedures.
•\tConfigure and use Flowable BPM to model and automate business processes.
•\tHands on experience implementing Onespan for secure, auditable workflows across financial and regulatory processes.
•\tExperience with OnBase, OneSpan for document lifecycle management- from intake and classification to archival-ensuring signature ready documents are routed properly via automated workflows.
•\tSkilled in managing document lifecycles using platforms like Onbase, integrating with signature tools such as OneSpan and Docusign.
•\tHands on experience with Flowable Enterprise for modeling, executing and managing complex business processes, including human tasks flows and decision automation.
•\tExperienced with Red Hat OpenShift (OCP) for deploying containerized microservices supporting document workflows and API- driven
•\tFamiliar with Salesforce/Process builder, integrating document approvals, digital signature steps and case based processing.
•\tOversee vulnerability management tasks, ensuring secure code and compliance with internal security standards.
•\tSupport and guide legacy Siebel deconversion, managing data migration and integration into modern platforms.
•\tCollaborate across teams, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to architectural and coding standards.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $55,000.00 – $158,700.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
