Job Description

The Software Engineer Lead Consultant architects and designs digital products using modern tools, technologies, frameworks, and systems. They apply scientific and technological knowledge to the design, implementation, testing, and documentation of software. They own and manage their applications in production and are ultimately accountable for the success of their digital products through achieving KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and participate in daily site, cross-site, and product team standups.
2. Participate in inception and iteration planning meetings, infusing backlogs with technical input in partnership with the product manager.
3. Coach the team and lead practices such as paired programming and test-driven development.
4. Serve as an expert on business domains and advocate for multiple technology stacks, sharing knowledge across the organization.
5. Collaborate on strategy and alignment across product portfolios with product managers and stakeholders.
6. Lead and participate in retrospectives, encouraging feedback with empathy.
7. Support software products in user environments.
8. Establish CI/CD pipelines and practices.

Required Skills

• Experience with .NET/C#, modern React.js frameworks (React, Angular, Vue), SQL databases, OOP, GoF Design Patterns, Git, cloud platforms (Azure DevOps/AWS), CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.

Education & Experience

• Preferred: 4-year Bachelor's Degree.
• Preferred: 5+ years of experience.
• Equivalent education and experience may be considered.
