Job summary

Vermeer is seeking an IT Software Engineer Intern to gain hands-on experience designing and supporting modern software solutions that strengthen business operations. You will collaborate with experienced engineers, work with cloud technologies, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD practices while learning in a team‑oriented Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or software engineering.
• Exposure to web development or app frameworks with C#, .NET, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Familiar with RESTful APIs, cloud concepts, and CI/CD basics.
• Knowledge of JSON and XML formats and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to software development tasks using OOP in C#, .NET, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Assist in RESTful APIs and cloud services on Microsoft Azure.
• Participate in source control and basic CI/CD workflows under guidance.
• Work with relational and non‑relational databases to support features.
• Join Agile ceremonies to gain experience in iterative delivery.
• Document findings and help troubleshoot simple issues in the SDLC.
• Explore new technologies and apply classroom learning to real projects.
