Job summary

Setpoint is seeking a Software Engineer, Implementations to own customer onboarding and drive onboarding projects across our fast-growing startup. You will collaborate with multiple teams to tailor onboarding solutions and continuously improve processes while working with Python/Flask, NextJS/React, and Tailwind CSS.

The ideal candidate embraces rapid prototyping, takes ownership of major initiatives, communicates effectively, and is excited to learn from others in a dynamic environment.

About the role:

Behind many of life's most important transactions - buying a house, applying for a mortgage, getting a small business loan, or refinancing a credit card - is a network of credit relationships. Setpoint provides critical infrastructure for relationships between the world's largest banks, credit funds and capital markets counterparties. We're building trust in this system of credit.

What you’ll do:

• Own customer onboarding - we understand customer needs and own the technical onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they're accurately integrated into our system
• Process improvement - develop best practices and continuously identify areas of the onboarding process that can be improved to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Project management - coordinate and manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction
• Work with a modern tech stack - we use Python/Flask, NextJS/React and Tailwind CSS.

You should have:

• 3+ years of experience as a backend software engineer (Python experience preferred)
