Setpoint, a fintech providing capital and technology for asset-backed lending, seeks a Capital Solutions Manager in Austin, TX. You will own the Capital OS application accuracy across asset classes and clients, parse complex legal agreements, and coordinate onboarding with Engineering, Product and Legal teams.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant capital markets experience, ideally involving the generation or review of borrowing base certificates and monthly servicer reporting.
• 4–7 years overall of FP&A, asset-backed lending, or debt capital markets experience.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and meet deadlines in high-pressure situations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Expert status in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own the accuracy of Setpoint’s Capital OS application across asset classes and clients.
• Parse legal agreements and provide a source of truth for engineers and product managers.
• Manage operational processes to onboard software clients, coordinating with Engineering, Product and Legal teams.
• Interact with clients to resolve reporting discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner.
• Represent the voice of the customer in internal product communications.

Compensation: $110,000 - $150,000 dependent on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications.
